As we all know, housewives always pay attentions

Bite Sized Chicken Fried Steak serves 2 prep time: 10 minutes active time: 20 minutes total time: 30 minutes
salt and freshly ground pepper 1 lb top round cube steak, cut into bite sized pieces 1 cup flour 2 tablespoons potato starch or cornstarch 1/8 teaspoon each of: paprika, garlic powder, cayenne 2 tablespoons buttermilk 1 egg, lightly beaten oil for frying (I like grapeseed or rice bran)
